One frame. One team. One point of responsibility.
Building in the workshop moves welding, assembly and testing off site. You receive skid mounted process equipment that has already been pressure tested, loop checked and run, so site work is reduced to tie-ins, cabling and commissioning. Rockerhill handles process design, fabrication, testing and export delivery under one contract.

Design starts from your process data, not from a catalogue.
- P&ID, general arrangement and 3D layout agreed with your team before fabrication starts
- Materials matched to service: SS304, SS316L, duplex, higher alloys, lined or plastic parts, coated carbon steel
- Vessels, piping and welding to ASME BPVC Section VIII, B31.3 and Section IX as the project requires
- Datasheets, material certificates, test records and O&M manual delivered with the skid

ELECTRICAL & AUTOMATION
Controls built by the same team as the piping
Control panels, cable trays and instruments are completed in the workshop alongside the mechanical work.
- PLC and HMI to your preference, with your communication protocol and remote monitoring
- Electrical design for your voltage, enclosure rating and hazardous-area requirements
- Junction boxes or plug-in connectors for fast reconnection between modules
- Instrument and control loop checks, plus a functional run that tests alarms and interlocks

MODULAR CAPABILITY
Sized to ship, built to reconnect
Large systems are split into modules from the P&ID, each as self-contained as possible.
- Module size and weight set for container, flatbed or road limits
- Flanged tie-ins numbered and match-marked, with lifting points and weights on the drawings
- Modules connected in the workshop where size allows, then protected for sea freight
- Smaller systems ship as a single packaged process unit

FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TEST Tested before it leaves the workshopEvery skid goes through FAT before shipment. Witness testing can be arranged in person or by video.
